Her coaching career, spanning three decades, is marked by numerous achievements, including helping lead athletes at Santa Clara Swim Club to victory at significant championships and sending many athletes to Far Westerns and the Junior Olympics. Coach Moe also understands the importance of healthy training and has worked with members of the USA National Team in the recovery process toward trials.
As a coach, Moe focuses on developing skilled swimmers and nurturing their belief in themselves - a philosophy that resonates deeply with our values at Triton Aquatics.
With Coach Moe at the helm, we are excited to announce the launch of our USA Swimming Competition program early this Spring along with our Pre-Competition Swim Team, which is currently in season. Under her guidance, we are confident that our swimmers and water polo athletes will achieve new heights, and our program will continue to flourish.
Coach Moe aims to inspire her athletes by consistently presenting her best version. She believes an athlete's mental health is crucial, and instilling self-belief is critical to success. Despite the stress and pressure, Moe sees swimming as an enjoyable activity and emphasizes the importance of consistent coaching. Her guiding principle is, “I love what I do, and I do what I love.”
