Our holistic team workouts are designed to prepare athletes for high school and college competitions while instilling foundational values that last a lifetime. We also offer players the opportunity to participate in national-level tournaments and training trips, exposing them to top-level competition and training. At Triton, we believe in the power of sisterhood. Our team philosophy emphasizes the importance of working together and creating a strong bond between players of all ages. Our younger athletes look up to our older players as role models, building a team that plays with and for each other.

Girls Competition Teams | 2023-24

Please note that if you decide to take a break without making arrangements with our coaching staff, we cannot guarantee your spot will still be available when you return.

Girls Teams:

Recognizing the importance of quality training and individual attention, the Girl’s program is capped at 30 athletes.
