New to water polo?

Triton Aquatics Intro to Water Polo program is one of our most popular programs throughout the year. This structured 6-week program is crafted to expedite the development of fundamental skills in water polo for our young entry level athletes. The program is a balanced mix of two days per week dedicated to water polo training and two days focused on swimming and strength training, providing a comprehensive and holistic approach to the sport.

Recognizing the importance of quality training and individual attention, each session of the program is capped at 15 athletes. This limit ensures that each participant receives the focused guidance and support needed to truly excel, maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of the Triton Development Program.

Offered in two sessions each season, the program introduces athletes to the essential elements of water polo, including game strategy, individual and team skills such as passing and shooting, and the physical training and conditioning necessary to play at the competitive level. Select athletes will be invited to try out for our entry-level competition teams at the conclusion of each session program.
